ICTlogy is a multidisciplinary blog around the Information Society and, especially, around the impact of Information and Communication technologies in development (or, if you prefer it, ICT4D).
Founded in October 21st, 2003, the blog first began dealing with e-learning for development, online volunteering and knowledge management issues, taking a broader scope as time went by. Actual subjects deal with ICT4D, open access, free software, measuring information society and e-readiness, digital divide, digital literacy, ICT regulation, etc.
It's author, Ismael Peña-López, is lecturer of Public Policies for Development at the Open University of Catalonia, Spain.
